• Decor & Decor proposal outlining recommended purchases, rentals, florals and creations within a set budget

• Execution of plan including:

  • Making all purchases with the use of a CC authorization form and prior approval for all purchases

  • Order/coordinate all design related rentals

  • Coordinate directly with florist to collaborate on design

  • Create or build decor per proposal

  • Shipment directly to LOCAL

  • Unpacking, assembly/organization of items by LOCAL's team to be brought directly to venue the day of the event

• Bi-monthly check-in calls discussing progress

• Everything included in the clean-up package

• Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed (optional)

• Research of professionals in each category that fit the Clients’ event style and budget and to provide the Client with suggestions and

• guidance in making the final selections including but not limited to: floral, music, catering and menu selection, lighting and décor, drinks and dessert, design, hair and makeup, officiating, transportation, hotel accommodations, invitations, supplies, rentals, etc.

• Coordination of all vendor appointments and event logistics handled directly with vendors including:

  • Vendor responsibilities

  • Vendor timeline

  • Supplies and rental orders

  • Decor and set-up plan

  • Layout creation

• Recommendations for welcome dinners, next day breakfast/brunch, and special events for out of town guests

• One, two hour walk through at the venue with one of our coordinators to discuss general layout and design

• Monthly personalized calls throughout the planning process including creation of monthly tasks, purchasing and packing lists for the client
