  • Two hour final meeting during the week prior to the wedding date to discuss all final wedding details, set-up plan and logistics with the coordinator. 

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination and final venue walk-though (1 hour maximum)

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of the wedding, responsibilities including:

    • Receive all deliveries, greeting and supervising all vendors as they unload and setup

    • Oversee proper set-up and design of ceremony and reception areas 

      • One lead coordinator and two set-up assistants included to set-up all decor

      • Tables, chairs and other heavy lifting not included in this package - please see the heavy lifting package if you're interested in adding this on. 

    • Set-up up of all decor per detailed instruction from the Wedding Couple during the final Pass Off Meeting

    • Accept all personal flowers and distribute all corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, and flower girl/ring bearer items (optional)

    • Cue the processional

    • Assist the photographer with gathering the wedding party and family for photos (optional)

    • Keep things running on schedule by cueing toasts, announcements, and special events throughout the night

    • Coordinate with vendors throughout the wedding day to keep the timeline running smoothly

    • Ready and available with emergency kit for any unexpected occurrences 

    • Distribute final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf (optional)

    • Collect all wedding gifts, cards and other valuable items (not including all decor and rentals) and deliver to a honeymoon suite, designated room or designated car on site
